Last updated: September 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how Anatolii Ekimkin, an individual residing in Orlando, Florida, United States of America (“AuthorWorkplace” (formerly PromptyFlow), “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with the authorworkplace.com website (the “Website”) and the AuthorWorkplace application, including the AuthorWorkplace Bridge companion software (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.
1. User Content
As set forth in the Terms of Service, you retain ownership of the manuscripts, notes, and other creative materials that you create, upload, or generate through the Service (“User Content”). User Content is processed in order to provide the features of the Service, including, without limitation, displaying your work to you and maintaining backup copies of it, including automatic backups. We do not use User Content for third-party advertising purposes.
2. Information collected in connection with the Website
The categories of information we collect through the Website may include, without limitation:
- Waitlist information. If you elect to join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the language in which you write. The waitlist is administered on our behalf by a third-party email service provider under such provider's own privacy policy.
- Analytics information. We use Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC), Yandex Metrica (provided by YANDEX LLC), and Cloudflare Web Analytics (provided by Cloudflare, Inc.) to understand how visitors find and use the Website. Such information may include, without limitation, the pages viewed, the referring website or campaign, clicks and interactions with page elements (such as starting a video or joining the waitlist), approximate location derived from your IP address, and device, browser, and language information. Session recording (Yandex Metrica “Webvisor”) and Google Signals are disabled. Section 3 describes the related cookies and your choices.
- Technical logs. Our hosting, network security, and content delivery providers maintain standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes.
3. Cookies and analytics choices
The Website uses the following cookies and similar technologies:
- Preference storage. If you select a language
from the Website menu, a cookie named
pf_langstores your choice for one year. Your response to the cookie notice is stored in your browser’s local storage under the namepf_consent. - Google Analytics sets cookies whose names begin
with
_ga, which are retained for up to two years. - Yandex Metrica sets cookies whose names begin
with
_ym, which are retained for up to one year, and may use cookies and local storage associated with Yandex domains.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. We determine your approximate region from the network location of your request. If you visit from one of these regions, the Website asks for your consent before any analytics cookie is set. Until you accept, Yandex Metrica is not loaded, and Google Analytics receives only cookieless signals (such as the page viewed and the fact that consent was not given) through Google Consent Mode. Accepting enables analytics cookies only; advertising cookies remain disabled. You may change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page; withdrawing consent deletes the analytics cookies set by the Website.
Visitors in other regions. Analytics cookies are set when you visit the Website. You may block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or use the opt-out tools that Google and Yandex make available, such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to use the Website.
The processing of analytics information by Google and Yandex is also subject to their respective privacy policies.
4. Information collected in connection with the application
The categories of information we collect through the application may include, without limitation:

- Service usage and quality information. We may collect, analyze, and otherwise process information arising from or relating to the use of the Service — including, without limitation, features accessed, actions taken within the interface, technical and diagnostic events, performance data, and content processed through the Service — for the purposes of operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the quality, performance, and capabilities of the Service, developing new features and functionality, and preventing fraud and abuse.

The Service interoperates with third-party artificial-intelligence providers through your own subscriptions, accounts, and API keys. Your use of any such provider is governed solely by your own agreement with that provider, and such provider's terms of service and privacy policy apply to the processing it performs. We are not a party to, and assume no responsibility for, that relationship.
7. Disclosure of information
We may disclose information: (a) to service providers that support the operation of the Service, including, without limitation, hosting, network security and content delivery, email, and analytics service providers; (b) where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AuthorWorkplace, the Service, or its users; and (c) in connection with any merger, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the business, including, without limitation, to any legal entity that we may establish or to any successor operator of the Service, in which case this Policy shall continue to apply.

Google Analytics retains event-level Website analytics information for 14 months; Yandex Metrica retains information in accordance with its own retention practices. Certain limited records may be retained for longer periods where necessary for the security and integrity of the Service or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights and choices

12. Age requirement
The Service is intended solely for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from any individual under eighteen (18) years of age.
